When will I receive my order?

Most of our products are instant downloads once you pay you can download files. 

Instead of that the product description of each customized products will content the processing time of the product.

What is the difference between digital products and physical products?
  •  Digital Products : are intangible products and Not shippable. send via email or you can download from the network as example PDF,JPG,PNG files ....etc.
  • Physical Products: are tangible products and shippable. these products are sent to the client via a shipping company.

LiloPrint store is selling only digital products.

How can I return an item?

Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept returns or exchanges, but if you have any problems with your order, contact us and we will be happy to help you.

How can i edit my product with Canva?

You will find a short video tutorial on the product page.
